I have tasted the product, solely based on my research on the history of the dairy industry of Botswana. This product is good but perhaps there is something that can be done when handling the cheese. Your Mozzarella cheese is good but it smells like our traditional sour milk, madila. Perhaps there is something that can be done there. In essence, this is a very great initiative by Batswana mo gae and i promote such endevour.
