Review Poor Service

My goods were collected from Pretoria to Gaborone. The whole experience was appalling. I had to make follow up via their whatsup no. Even though I provided the delivery address later they still asked for it. Who ever is manning their sms contacts is not efficient and not customer centric and he does not communicate with the office. It was my first time to use them. I would not recommend them to anyone.
