Review 20 minutes just for 4 drinks

Good evening Sir/ Madam. I am extremely unhappy for the services I got at Airport Junction Branch. I sent my daughters to order 2 milkshakes and a drink and after waiting *20 minutes* I end up to go inside and check. I wondered that the whole staff busy closing and cleaning while my daughters were waiting standing unattended on the receiving dest.
When I told them I am going to call Mr. A. Khan right now, the manager came out and sorted out the metter..... I know Mr. Khan how many ppl complained you or know Mr. Khan....... REALLY BAD AND POOR SERVICRS...... Should I put this metter on social media well... you know how ppl talk for small thing there....
