Job vacancy Chef De Partie

We are looking for profiles and CVs of Chef de Partie that we will send to our large account customers for their future recruitment needs.

Duties

• Manage and train demi-chef de parties and commis ;
• Prepare menus in collaboration with the cooking team ;
• Optimize the cooking process ;
• Coordinate daily tasks with the Sous Chef ;
• Ensure that all stocks are kept under optimum conditions ;
• Ensure hygiene and safety standards are met.

• Culinary school diploma ;
• Proven experience in a Chef de Partie role ;
• Great cooking skills ;
• Excellent communication skills ;
• Able to work under pressure.
