As a Customer Sales Representative, you will be the frontline of our company's sales efforts, responsible for engaging with customers, addressing their inquiries, and promoting our products or services. Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via phone or email understand their needs and preferences
- Educate customers about our products or services, highlighting features, benefits, and value propositions
- Recommend suitable products or services based on customers' requirements and budget
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery or service activation
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and repeat business
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, such as conversion rates and revenue goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer support, to optimize sales strategies and processes
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of sales interactions, customer details, and sales activities in the CRM system.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence customers
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in computer applications, including CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
