About the Role:

Our client is seeking a skilled Systems Analyst with a strong aptitude for generating technical documentation to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of system analysis principles along with expertise in producing comprehensive technical documentation to support development projects and system implementations.

Package: Industry-related based on experience.

Contract and Permanent Positions Available.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of existing systems and processes to identify requirements for new systems or enhancements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business and technical requirements
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise documentation for various stakeholders
• Develop detailed system specifications, including data models, process flows, and system interfaces
• Create user manuals, technical guides, and system documentation to support end-users and technical teams
• Maintain documentation repositories and version control systems to ensure accuracy and accessibility
• Provide guidance and support to development teams during the implementation phase

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 5 – 10 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role
• Fluent in French and English
• Proven track record of producing high-quality technical documentation for complex systems and processes
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and document intricate system functionalities
