Overview Dharm Cutting Works Pty Ltd, one of the fastest growing Diamond Cutting and polishing Company seeks to employ suitable candidates in the following positions, tenable in Gaborone   Expert Diamond Planners x 6 • The incumbent will be responsible for training the local staff on the following • Checking the number of inclusions, colour and clarity of Diamonds • Checking for QC • How to utilize station and sarin features • Fluorescence grading, tension grading, and sarin mapping • Examine gems during processing to ensure accuracy of angles and positions of cuts or bores, using • Magnifying glasses, loupes, or shadowgraphs • Assign polish, symmetry, and clarity grades to stones, according to established grading systems. • Estimate wholesale and retail value of gems, following pricing guides, market fluctuations, and other • Relevant economic factors • Examine gem surfaces and internal structures, using polariscopes, refractometers, microscopes, • Sort rough diamonds into categories based on shape, size, color, and quality.
