Overview Dharm Cutting Works Pty Ltd, one of the fastest growing Diamond Cutting and polishing Company seeks to employ suitable candidates in the following positions, tenable in Gaborone Diamond Polishing Trainers x 5 They will be assigned to take charge of training in all activities pertaining to diamonds training: • All polishing activities, procedures and tools • Training and controlling of all polishers. • Training and controlling of all polishing support staff. • Supervising the polishing training staff and ensure transfer of knowledge and skill. • Achieving and sustaining of the output (production) targets. • Achieving and sustaining the quality targets as set by the Management. • Polished diamonds final assessment.
