Hi I am from Phikwe.Today i had a very bad experience in ur stores. i came in the morning to buy some clothes.unfortunately i picked one legging 5-6 age instead of 6-7 and i realized it after i reached the cash counter. there was a lady called NEO who was pregnant by the cash counter. i asked her politely to give me 6-7 legging then she didnt treat me properly.she looked at me with angry face and said go and take. it sounded very reckless to me. i went and brought and was giving her to punch.then she stopped me and said i should wait and was calling some other lady.i asked her y am i being treated like that.she said no u can wait coz she came before u.i said sorry i came b4 her.but the way she was talking wasnt nice.she was still punching the other customer. i just left the things without buying and told her that i am going to complain about u. still she didnt even say sorry to me.
So what i want is pls dont spoil ur reputation with the customers by employing this kind of people. I hv been in phikwe for so long i always visit ur stores coz i know ur quality and prices are good. I am also a business woman but i never treated my customers like this.
Plz teach her a good lesson b4 u loose many customers like me.
