Laid back professional staff...they came to my house after a burglary, measured my sliding door to replace the glass. Happy that they understood my emergency and the glass was fitted within a day and was relieved to finally feel some sense of security again.
They even recommended toughened glass & other options in case i needed to change the glass i originally had, considering aesthetics & function..
