Maintenance duty (Pty) Ltd is a 100% citizen owned company. We have 4 years experience in maintenance of buildings in the city of Gaborone and surrounding areas. We hold PPADB registration certificates in building, electrical and road maintenance. We are interested in offering our services to you, your organisation and related institutions.

We have successfully completed construction and building of 15 houses within planned time and budget for private individuals in Gaborone and surrounding areas. Our average completion time of a standard three bedroom house is 2.5 months. All our construction projects passed independent assessors tests. Financiers of our projects included Botswana Building Society, private sector, and commercial banks.
