I am trained and well versed in ensuring passengers always felt safe and comfortable no matter how long the journey would be, or how challenging the road and traffic conditions are. I can plan for a route and ensure that alternative routes are available where there are threats to the normal route. I am equally experienced in performing routine car maintenance, ensuring a clean vehicle, fleet management and interacting with service providers to ensure quality of goods and services in ensuring a more than fit for purpose fleet.     As a Mailing Assistant, Mr. Mokwena reported directly to the Human Resources Manager. His responsibilities included the following:

     Manage annual expenditure within budget with an objective of reducing pool car maintenance and consumables by 10%.
     Internal Customer satisfaction with an objective of managing all internal customer correspondence within departments.
     Scanning customer invoices to Cape Town Head Office with an objective of keeping the Accounts Payable Officer’s workflow moving and customers getting paid on time when she was on leave.

     Follow all driving laws and regulations while operating a vehicle.
     Perform route or journey risk assessment.
     Use of GPS and Maps as guides for journeys to new or unfamiliar destinations.
     Conduct routine maintenance, such as checking oil levels and inspecting tire pressure, signaling and lights, and keep a record of the last time the vehicle had an oil change, tire change, and battery inspection.
     Pick up passengers from a variety of locations and always ask for their level of satisfaction after a ride.
     Communicate with dispatchers to inform them of whenever a passenger is about to be picked up and when they are dropped off.
     Provide information to passengers about things to expect and avoid in the local area.
