I have been experiencing Error message, accompanied by total black out, loss of signal, freezing pictures for the past 6 months. The problem often starts arround 9 pm until mid night. I have engaged a multichoice accredited technician. I called him many many times to inform him that the problem was not fixed. He never bothered to come back or assist me on what to do. I have called multichoice many many times. No help. the error does not appear on fix errors. Virtually everything on the internet applies to South Africa. There is very limited information on Multichoice Botswana. I am paying to paying to watch the worst TV. I am absolutely annoyed. Can anyone assist please !!
I have had an account with your Stanbic for years. First opened in Gaborone then used it when I worked in Francistown. I was always treated well by the friendly staff. 2 years ago I had an issue which Khumo Lekau (I hope all spelling is correct)helped by directing me to the right person to help solve it. I have just had the most wonderful experience dealing with this Francistown Branch. I called in with an issue about my account and the same gentleman, Khumo Lekau answered the phone and helped me instantly. The best part is that I have not worked in the area for the past 4 years and he remembered me. I was blown away and by the fact that just by questioning me, he was able to tell me what the problem was and how to solve it.
