My name is Phodiso Motlaleng, i completed my Diploma in mining engineering in 2003. i was employed by BCL LTD mine in 2003, and worked there until mine closed down in 2016, i have underground blasting licence only so i am struggling to do surface blasting licence, how could you help me?

My Name is Goitseone Tlhabologang and i have completed my blasting training with Nowata Africa at Francistown Quarry in August 2015.i would like to know what are the procedures in place for me to be part of your company be a blasting assistant or on volunteering scheme.
