Poor customer service
I finished paying home choice on the June 2021 but my account was never closed, its been 3 months now contacting NBA for closure of account and paid up letter to no assistance. There is an agent called Keabetswe who has poor customer service he even went on to make me hold for 30 minutes saying she can't assist me and even droping the call on me, Mr Mogami said he will send me a mail of paid up letter of which they sent an empty file...
