Poor service
After many many calls on both landline numbers and two cell phone numbers I received, I am still no wiser where my parcel is. The phones are 90% of the time not answered. Shocking.
PUBLIC USER
The worst service ever. They have had my parcel in Gaborone for 5 months and none of their numbers are working.
