Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise daily operations ;
• Prepare reports and submit them to the director ;
• Represent the company when needed ;
• Assist in strategic business planning ;
• Support the director in its functions ;
• Plan and implement the annual calendar of activities ;
• Evaluate employees performance ;
• Perform administrative tasks ;
• Prepare, organize, and file office documents.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field ;
• Proven experience as Assistant Director ;
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills ;
• Good computer skills.
