Responsibilities for STRATEGY BUSINESS PARTNER
• Leverage existing strategic approaches and deliverables across departments to share best practices efficient and effective analyses/research
• Serve as overall project manager for all corporate projects approved and assigned by compliance
• Enforce Service Level Standards for all initiatives
• Responsible for putting in place activation, evaluation, and refinement plan for all projects
• Responsible for providing monthly review of all analytical outputs and KPIs
• Responsible for the development of regional and national business strategies
• Responsible for leading the strategic planning and demand process across corporate Operations
• Partners with associate consultants throughout the client project life cycle of – from advisory concept formation, through planning, business case preparation, provider selection, development, deployment, operations, and project actualization.
• Manages direct reports including solution design and business analytics, matrixed resources to identify potential solutions that match the business and technology strategy
QUALIFICATIONS FOR STRATEGIC BUSINESS PARTNER
• Expert-level quantitative skills, particularly in building highly complex Excel models
• Must be able to travel regionally to client locations
• Certain projects may require working weekends
• Degree from a top tier educational institution
PACKAGE & REMUNERATION
• This is a permanent, full-time position.
• The TOTAL ECLIPSE LIMITED has a hybrid model of working, i.e., working at the office and from home.
• We offer a salary package of commensurate to qualifications and experience, a commission incentive, and quarterly bonus.
