The firm initially started its operations in wealth management until specializing in Corporate Finance in 2022 after identifying a market gap, and a demand for it’s corporate consultancy services. Total Eclipse is a unique Botswana company, which upholds international standards. As a Corporate Finance specialist, Total Eclipse provides consultancy services to SME’s, growth stage companies, and mature Corporations. By using its strategic position the international market- Total Eclipse is a linkage that connects local firms seeking debt, equity or quasi-funding opportunities in international market.

Our company is growing rapidly and is looking for a finance business partner. Please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications. While this is our ideal list, we will consider candidates that do not necessarily have all of the qualifications, but have sufficient experience and talent.

 

Responsibilities for FINANCE BUSINESS PARTNER

 

• Efficiency of department overheads
• ROI of new launches
• Development of annual business plan for BU (full P&L)
• On-time reporting of P&L (vs BGT, vs LE)
• Update and alignment of BU forecast (NS, Profit)
• Risks and Opportunities assessment
• Development of gap closing plans (if required)
• Approval of expenses
• Forecast accuracy for NS and Profit
• Financial assessment of new launches/initiatives

 

Qualifications for finance business partner

 

• Experience working within a shared service centre will be highly regarded
• This is a full time role and frequent business travel will be required
• This role must deliver high quality support for the ops team
• ACCA/CIMA part/fully qualified Commercial Accountant required
• 4-5 years working experience in Finance, Accounting or Audit related activities
• Detail oriented, organized with strong planning and prioritization abilities

 

PACKAGE & REMUNERATION

 

 

• This is a permanent, full-time position.
• The TOTAL ECLIPSE LIMITED has a hybrid model of working, i.e., working at the office and from home.
• We offer a salary package of commensurate to qualifications and experience,a commission incentive, and quarterly bonus.
• The company offers a contribution towards medical aid.
