A CONSULTING BUSINESS PARTNER is required to help develop new products or services, improve efficiency within an organization, and address consultancy issues that require specialized knowledge or experience.

 

The consulting partner will be responsible for:

 

• Analyzing client businesses to determine how to improve profitability, efficiency, or other measures of success
• Providing strategic advice to senior management on business operations and goals
• Developing and executing long-term plans for a company’s growth and development
• Consulting with clients to develop strategies for managing company operations more effectively
• Participating in meetings with clients to discuss strategies for improving business performance
• Conducting research and analysis to identify market opportunities for new products or services
• Recommending changes to management structures and processes such as decision making or organizational structure
• Developing marketing strategies that build brand awareness and increase sales
• Participating in meetings with clients to discuss business strategies

 

Consulting Partner qualifications:

 

Education: A degree in business administration, finance, economics or related field.  A higher qualification would be an added advantage.

Training & Experience: At least five years of experience in the industry.

PACKAGE & REMUNERATION

• This is a permanent, full-time position.
• The TOTAL ECLIPSE LIMITED has a hybrid model of working, i.e., working at the office and from home.
• We offer a salary package of commensurate to qualifications and experience, a commission incentive, and quarterly bonus.
• The company offers a contribution towards medical aid.
