We are looking for a talented and driven

Sales Manager to lead the team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leading the sales force and including the responsibilities of a Principal Officer.
• Developing and implementing strategies to promote insurance products.
• Setting goals based on documented company revenue and projected budgets.
• Tracking data according to KPI'S and making adjustments to campaigns as necessary.
• Defining target demographics and proposing ways to expand our customer base.
• Gathering feedback and using data to influence future marketing ideas.
• Planning, directing and overseeing all insurance, finance, banking, administrative, marketing, operational and human capital, and ensures optimal services in terms of quality of service, meeting targets and working within deadlines.
• Make sure the company is compliant with requirements by the regulator
• Assisting with the development of new innovative insurance products

REQUIREMENTS

• Education- Diploma in Insurance is a must.
• Degree in any related industry is an advantage.
• Specialized knowledge- in -depth understanding of insurance regulations and legal parameters
• Skills- Technical savvy, ability to learn new software and programs quickly and familiarity with all major social media platforms
• Experience - At least 5 years of experience in the insurance industry.
• Drivers license- is a MUST
