To provide leadership in the execution of BHC s strategy m alignment with the Corporation's mandate to provide Batswana with decent and affordable housing. The role holder is responsible for. inter ata. driving optimal stakeholder engagement, strategy execution and organisational performance as per the direction of the Board. This role oversees the core functions of housing development, operations, and corporate supporL
The role requires a dynamic and strategic transformational leader with a proven track record in project delivery and execution. Project delivery experience does not need to be in the property development field but can also be experience gamed from complex capital-intensive projects working to challenging deadlines.
To achieve success as a transformational leader, the new incumbent must have a depth of experience in leading change, inspiring exceptional performance and challenging the status quo. Qualifications, experience and knowledge
• Degree in Built EnvironmenVDegree in Business Management or related fields.
• Post graduate qualification in Built Environment/ Business Management/leadership or related field.
• Professional Membership of Locally or Internationally recognised institute.
Minimum of fifteen (15) years post qualiffcatton experience of which at least ten (10) yea's should have been at drector cr exettitnwSenwr management level. Demonstrable capacities in business development aid technical understand^ of project delivery cycle are also critical to this role.
