Our company is looking for an experienced and reliable receptionist who is very presentable and organised to join our Gaborone branch.

If you enjoy working with people and putting your best foot forward to represent our company then this is a role you need to apply for

You will be required to be strong in both administrative and people skills and be fluent in both English and Setswana.

DUTIES INCLUDE

• Welcome visitors and assist them in the best possible way
• Answer phone inquiries, provide basic company information & keep reception area clean and neat
• Perform clerical duties, take memos, maintain files, and organize documents
• Daily scanning, filling, and basic bookkeeping duties
• Invoice and follow customer payments,
• Purchase, track, and invoice office supplies for each department. Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
• Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks
• Update calendars and schedule meetings
• Perform ad-hoc administrative duties JOB REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
• Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
• Professional attitude and appearance with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Customer service attitude

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Certificate and above in Business Administration/management or any related accounting qualifications
• 2+ YEARS with traceable references
