Minimum Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering / Industrial Design or related
• 2 years experience in a manufacturing or production environment in a leadership or supervisor role
• Lean manufacturing and six sigma experience/skills
• Leadership/management skills
• Proficiency in English
• MS Office
• Krosy system experience
• Numeracy skills

Key Responsibility Areas:

• Report deviations on the equipment handed over to the project team to maintenance and ensure that these deviations are eliminated
• Improve technical and organisational processes within production in coordination with other departments
• Assist in production sub project tasks during the development phase in accordance with the OPM assignment
• Functional and disciplinary management of assigned staff
• Assist in the planning and adapting of production resources in accordance with Logistics requirements
• Ensure time, cost and quality targets for the assigned projects are met
• Conform to technical and organisational process standards in Production
• Check and permit holiday and action planning
• Be responsible for release of production planning in datacube and the production relevant key figures in budget/FC
• Be responsible for achieving the budget and FC figures
• Coordinate external support and request it by plant manager or responsible OPM
• Be responsible for the compliance of function tasks and their processing
• Cares by absence for replacement and takes up slack for absent shift leaders
• Encourage all levels to independent improvement in accordance of introduced standards.
