 Monthly Reconciliation of Bank Accounts for Clients
 VAT Reports for Clients
 Processing of PAYE and Withholding taxes
 Registration of new Companies at CIPA
 Bank account Opening for clients
 Tax Clearance Certificates for Clients
 PPADB Registration and code Application for clients
 Application of Trade License for clients
 Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
 Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications

Being the System (MiPOS) Administrator and doing tasks associated with it which includes;
Adding, Editing, Deleting users into the system and giving them rights
Troubleshooting the system whenever there is a problem
Making transaction Audits after everyday sales
Managing and motivating a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency
Dealing with staffing issues such as interviewing potential staff, conducting appraisals and performance reviews
Responding to customer complaints and comments
Touring the sales floor regularly, talking to my employees and customers, identifying and solving urgent matters
