IT Technician

o Administer network and data security, including directory, group policy,
o Perform data backups for both local and on cloud.
o Helpdesk service; telephonically, online (Team-Viewer, Any-Desk and Remote Connection)
o Software supply, installations and troubleshooting.
o Usage tracing of networks and devices.
o CCTV installation and management.
o Hardware and software repairs, replacements and troubleshooting.
o Customer service.

o Monitoring DRTS systems and Attending technical faults on station equipment e.g. Driver’s license printer, office printers and computers, cameras etc.
o Participating in road safety campaigns and trips.
o Assisting with general office tasks including cleaning.

o Tendering documents preparation and compiling,
o Supplying, installation and training on medical equipment to government facilities and staff.
o Attending technical faults on delivered equipment.
o General ICT related duties in the office.
o Managing company communicative adverts including company website.
o Handling office secretarial duties.

o Software Audit
o Installing image operating system, data backup and restoration, company specified applications
o Active Directory Integration
o Networking and configuring printers
o Managing old and new computer inventory.
