In charge of the Accounting, Finance, Investments, Projects and the Management of the centre
As A start up director I implemented Accounting systems, controls, procedures and structures together with strategy of the centre.
Set up General control for Adherence to the centre mandate.

A Support services management role, I improved reporting and coordinated all the company departments to be in a position to understand their activities and input to the company’s bottom line.
My portfolio included finance/accounts department, procurement, company secretarial, Human Resource and personnel management, information technology and relationship/ contracts management

Key Accomplishments
 Set up systems that enable coordinated, accurate, and retrievable reporting of plants’ financials;
 Initiated product by product analyses and weekly plant efficiency reports and advised the technical team and management of all three abattoirs and Senior Leadership
 Managed payroll section and all BMC Payables, general outflows of the entire company
 Training of Non-Financial Managers on Key Financial performance indicators
 Facilitate Budget cycle processes (planning and implementation).
 Facilitated the re-integration of the accounting function into the commission’s quality management systems
 Produced and calculated plant efficiency reports for the technical team.
 Ensure daily financial liquidity of the commission by providing daily reports on time.
 Revised processes for Accounts Payable and Cattle Procurement/Purchase section.
 Conducted weekly management review meetings to prepare for weekly operations and budgets.
