Capture and maintain data into the Quality Health Management system Botswana Health Standards System
Create and generate Reports for all hospitals and clinics across the country
Provide help desk end user support

Install, Configure, maintain and upgrade hardware and software (e.g. security software)
Network maintenance and diagnosing connectivity problems, secure networks through firewalls, password protection and other systems
Provide help desk end user support to students
Inspect hardware for vulnerable points of access and monitor network activity to identify issues early
Design and implement safety measures and data recovery plans
Help plan and deliver lectures to students as well as invigilating during exams.

Supervising staff and monitoring work progress as well as carrying out qualitative or quantitative research
Analyzing, translating and presenting results and writing reports, including client recommendations
Advising clients on how they can best make use of results
