Graduate Engineer

● I proactively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to analyze information and functional needs and deliver effectively through mapping of processes
● I continuously help improve process routines with new ideas and inputs through process analysis.
● I also contribute to underlying business process discovery, analysis, reengineering, and documentation by matching process designs with business goals.
● I identify and solve process problems using detailed process mapping, knowledge gathering, and an understanding of the dependencies, inputs, and outputs to arrive at a good solution.
● I inform the project coordinator and project manager of potential risks factors before they become hurdles so that they can be tracked and attended

● I successfully modeled and mapped out processes for 3 different departments within Botswana Post to optimize the flow of mail in the organization.
● I consistently monitored mail standards for 5 types by following up on non-compliance and service-related issues.
● I also proactively collaborated with the project team in the implementation of the 5s Project in a team of 6 people and I gained teamwork and collaboration skills
