 Assembling and crimping a variety of hoses for industrial, off shore and hydraulic purposes.  Maintain stock levels.  Adhere of safety standards and follow quality control procedures at all times.  Onsite inspectors and hose auditing – identifying, measuring and tagging.  Make sure that all jobs are done on time and documentation is completed.  Maintain a clean working environment.

 Assembling and crimping of hoses to caterpillar standard.  Rebuild for internal / external customers.  Follow caterpillar guidelines.  Technical knowledge on how to use XT –revisable and flat bore hose permanent press.  Ensure hose shop meets caterpillar standards.  Knowledge on how to use SIS /HIS  Hydrostatic and electrical testing of hose assemblies.
