 Configuration and troubleshooting of MPLS, dedicated internet, Radio and Ethernet over Copper transmissions.
 Configuring BTC Metro internet on customer routers
 Creating and configuring btcmail and outlook email accounts for customers
 Creating new and renewing of customer domains on BOCRA Registrar
 Troubleshooting customer email queries and outlook problems
 LAN and WAN design and implementation

 Maintenance and troubleshooting of computer and computer accessories.
 Upgrading of hardware and software components for customers.
 Maintenance and troubleshooting of printers and their software’s.
 Server installations and adding of users to the domains
