I'm always buying from this shop. On this occasion(13/11/18) I wanted to buy the mink mesh skirt and crop top for my daughters sadly that didn't happen. Things may look good displayed or on the hanger but that doesn't translate to looking good on a person. I was told I couldn't fit the outfit as it was underwear. Even after several attempts to ask if I could at least try the top the staff were just rude. I was even told that even after buying and I got home and realised that the outfit wasn't a perfect fit I couldn't return it. Seriously? Well this day the shop sold under by the price of three outfits, two for my daughters and their cousin. I was really disappointed by the way the sstaff belittled my thinking capacity and spoke rudely to me. Even after asking for the manager no help was given. Was told the manager wasn't there. If something is on the shop floor that customers are not allowed to try on I suggest that a notice be put up next to the items. I don't see myself or any close friends and family ever buying anything from this shop again. Greatly disappointed
