Reviews of Pep Botswana Holdings Limited - Gaborone

Never had my rights as a customer so humiliated. What PEP southring did to me today was so uncalled for. After so many exchanges I did without receipt at other PEP, it had to be Joyce and her staff that had to be incompetent and deny me an exchange without receipt. I am so disappointed to be told it's Joyce discretion, which means there do it for those they know.

I am really troubled by Pep store at Francistown, Galo mall. I bought a cellphone today using my bank card and no pin was required to process my payment. I talked to the branch manager who is aware of the situation but did not seem interested in my issue. It's really suprising that a shop as big as Pep takes it's customers payments likely. An era when financial security is of paramount importance.

I also think Pep should educate their employees on financial security of their customers. Branch managers are supposed to be listen to customers grievances when it comes to protecting their hard earned cash. What I picked from Pep store Galo mall needs serious attention. Anyone can still a bank card and use it.

I will try follow this issue with Pep store head office, consumer affairs and even finacial intelligence in Botswana. I can not allow anyone fall prey to Pep store Galo mall while I am watching.
