Reimbursement for orange money
I did wallet to bank till now I have not been reimbursed for the pending transaction... I long launched the complaint but to no avail. I tried to ask for help from your office but you keep on making empty promises.

Deplorable and horrid services. Look for something else
Absolutely the worst internet service provider I have ever had in my life. Basically just flushing money down a toilet with these guys. I was paying P1k per month for barely half a mega byte on good days. It would have been better if I started my own internet service provider at that point, it would've have been better than this dog shite place. Please do not pick them.

Stay away from this company.Terrible service.If I could give zero reviews I would .I bought Internet that was suppose to last for a month and it took less than a day and they didn't even have an explanation.people in Customer service act like they are in forced labor .They have no clue about customer service..horrible horrible service
