On Friday 29 November 2019 at 19h28 I placed a call to the delivery dept at ********, Riverwalk and ordered a large chicken and mushroom Pizza with rolled crust and was told it would be delivered to address that I gave them. I also supplied my details including my telephone number and the amount if cash I will be paying. I tried in vain to get through to the number again after 2 hours of waiting and it either did not exist or when answered after 1 minute it cut off as the operator is not available please try again. Now I wanted to spend money with you guys and did not want to go into town to buy food so I phoned for delivery to be done as I travelled from Francistown during the day and was tired of driving. Even though they had my number on the system nobody phoned me to inform me that they are running late or got lost. It is a shame that a company treats their clients like this. And most probably nothing will be done to improve the service or to apologize as it is the customers right to be abused even if they pay good money. At 22h20 I drove to the store and canceled my order over the counter as I still was hungry and needed food. So I had to spend my money driving there to cancel an order that was placed over the phone. Also my phone calls I made depleted my airtime. I then went to Chicken Express and was served. Now at 00h55 on 30 November 2019 I get woken up with a phone call by the delivery guy asking me directions to my house. What planet are you guys from??? Nearly 6 hours later and 3 hours after canceling the order personally you still did not get the message??? I am sorry to say but I don't see myself supporting your establishment any longer. Sorry to say this.
