By exposing them, potential entrepreneurs particularly among the youth emulate them as role models. The motivation can set in motion the spirit of entrepreneurship, attracting investment, risk taking, innovation and market development, all which are prerequisites to identifying business growth opportunities, economic development, technological realisation and political stability.
