In order to be able to ascertain the necessary attention on each and every area of operation, Endright Enterprises (PTY) LTD is segmented into various departments, with property selected qualified staff manning each of them. The operations of the departments are briefly explained in the following paragraphs.

Computer Sales Department

Endright Enterprises Sales Department focuses on Hardware, Software and Consumables. It specialises on brands such as: Lenovo, HP, Compaq, Acer, Proline, Mecer, Dell, Toshiba and LG. In software we provide Microsoft, Linux packages and antivirus packages e.g. Norton & AVG antivirus etc.

The division also sells all kinds of printers. Printers provided are HP Printers, Epson Printers (dot matrics) and Dell printers.

Technical Department

Endright Enterprises Technical Services Division focuses on pre-sale and after-sale design, installation and support of scaleable and flexible communications infrastructure. This function applies not only to the physical hardware and configuration software but also to the services that support these complex installations.

Specialized solutions offered include local and wide area network design, installation and support using skill experience to apply new and current technologies maximizing bandwidth to the desktop.

The division also uses dial up, ADSL, leased line technology and Wireless to connect remote offices to a central site whether it is inter-building, countrywide or international.

Strategic consulting services include network needs analysis, design, full audits and network health checks. Network support and maintenance contracts define acceptable response times; ensuring minimal disruptions to clients business operations. Network management is fast becoming of great importance to our clients and their networks get bigger and bigger an dour Engineer remove the headache of trying to monitor the WAN by observing customer networks from our own workshops and define tuning systems from their own workbench.

With Engineers in this division trained and skilled in Local Area and Wide Area Technology, Wireless System Communications, Network Operating Systems, Network Troubleshooting and Network Auditing, Our Technical Team have all aspects of communications and networking successfully covered.

Cabling Department.

Endright Enterprises are able to address the full spectrum of voice, data and video communications, with cabling topologies stretching from small LANs to Gigaspeed Campus Wide Projects. Most companies are heavily reliant on the efficient and trouble free operation of their networks, and cabling systems are arguably the most important, and most error prone component.

The demand for high quality cabling systems have increased exponentially, not only to interconnect all of the different mediums available today, but to do so in such a way that when it comes to relocating staff, changing office layouts and upgrading or expanding equipment, it is not necessary to start all over again.

Small wonder then that cabling has emerged as one of the most important facets of any communication system, and Endright Enterprises has developed a range of Structured Cabling systems, that take care of all current and future cabling needs with installed cable speeds ranging from 622Mbps to Gigaspeed on Copper and Fibre Optics.

Endright Enterprises provides structured cabling solutions incorporating unshielded twisted pair copper and multi and single mode optical fibre. These systems are adaptable to changing requirements and allow rerouting or expansion to be easily and quickly undertaken.

Methods of installation ultimately determine the performance of your cable system and length of cable, termination practices; routes, environment and quality of components are a few factors that influence overall performance of any network. Installations are quality controlled using top of the range test equipment and all technicians are highly trained in structured cabling installations. We are also registered installers of Molex cabling Systems, which is a lower cost, but high quality system with a 20 – year warranty.

Since its inception, Endright Enterprises has installed specialized structured cabling for clients countrywide ranging from small interoffice UTP networks through to major Fibre Optic installations for the Government departments most of the projects being sub-contracted. This success can be attributed to Endright Enterprises focused, professional approach, customer orientation and commitment, elements that have combined to help create a sound specialist business.

Project Management

We also have Project Management division to cater for the project management of death and every job undertaken by Endright Enterprises and its divisions. With a large planning whiteboard taking up most of the projects office space, and an efficient and effective Helpdesk System called HEAT, the status and location of every job and technician is monitored by Project Managers. Project plans are drawn up for every job taken on and meetings are held with our Sales staff and the client on a regular basis.

We believe that the interaction with the client is the most important part of any job and therefore our Project Managers are in constant with their customer via email, fax and phone and in person. Regular meetings take place on jobs where we are on site for more than a week and project are updated and resubmitted any time there is change – either from the client side or our own.

The projects department also uses a relatively new concept to Botswana, the QCP. A quality control Program Document is a step– by - step sign off process agreed to by the client and the Project Manager before the job begins. When job is complete, signed off, certified and documented the QCP is signed and the job is deemed complete.

The projects department interacts with our Quality Assurance Department whose sole job is to ensure the quality for the installation and to test and sign off the site with relevant Category certificate (Category 5, 5E and 6) and warranty.

a) Information Technology


We supply /Service/Install and Upgrade a FULL range of Branded state- of- the-art computer hardware.

Some of which include: Servers, Processors, Motherboards, Desktop Memory, Flash Drives, Firewalls/ Routers/ADSL Modems, Hard Drives, Monitors, Cases, Optical Drives, Printers, Projectors, Digital Camera’s Camcorders etc.

b) Warranty Support

Endright Enterprises through its suppliers warrants that any Goods supplied will be new, unused, and are of the most recent or current models as at the time of supply. This warranty shall remain valid for at least 1 year onsite warranty commencing on the date on which all goods have been delivered to, installed and commissioned and accepted by the Client.

The Purchaser shall promptly notify Endright Enterprises in writing of any claims arising under this warranty. Upon receipt of such notice, the Endright Enterprises shall escalate to our supplier, within the period of not more than five (5) days and with all reasonable speed, repair or replace the defective goods or parts thereof, without costs to the purchaser.

If Endright, having been notified, fails to remedy the defect(s) within the period specified in the clause above, the Purchaser may proceed to take such remedial action as may be necessary, at Endright risk and expense without prejudice to any other rights which the Purchaser may have against Endright Enterprises under the Contract, or the manufacture under warranty.

Endright Enterprises will replace or repair free of charge, any defects that occur in the equipment, material or workmanship during the stated warranty period. Repairs will be carried out within 5 working days of receipt of the defective equipment or within 5 working days of notification of a defect in the equipment, workmanship or materials.
We will, if requested, provide both operational and technical on-site support, until the end-users have acquired the necessary skills. We will provide support for operational and technical problems as well as support for future enhancements.

c) Spares/Maintenance Support
The effective provision and maintenance of products depends on and are subject to the availability of factory specified parts and components All these products supplied by our company are selected and evaluated baring this in mind and spare part availability is guaranteed for a period of at least twelve months from date of equipment purchase. We hold adequate spares on all products supplied to accommodate immediate response to site to repairs.

Critical equipment support requires a call centre that operates on a 24/7 basis Endright Enterprises call centre is based in Gaborone where calls are logged and routed to the relevant service centre.
The call centre further provides telephonic backup support via a team of engineers on standby to assist clients during emergency situations while repair teams are dispatched and with verbal step by step monthly equipment test procedures our 24 hour call centre number is 74624664/73536372
