olatetse and molebatsi gave us terrible terrible service, supposed to help us and get back to us both went on breaks whilste helping us!!!.........!! Absolutely unacceptable!!! I do hope multichoice improves there customer service!!!!!i had to call a 3rd time to actually get it done!!!!i would have given 0 STARS!

What hell wrong with your contact service been calling two days straight still no answer.………mutlichoice we call with money not for free
So annoying... And they will put you on hold as if they bought you airtime
Error clearance
The self service has failed me even after trying several times. I have made payment however i still get the E16-4 notification and i get response back from self service that i have to make payment though the sms has confirmed my payment. Clearly the system is not synchronized and im being denied access to service alreafy paid for!!i can only hope that someone does read these reviews!!!
Terrible service
I have been experiencing error message resulting in total black out for the last three months. every morning when I wake up for the last four days its a black out and have to contact the call centre for reconnection. I have called many times the but error is not resolve , am running a huge phone bill because I have to hold for long as well. the service is very poor
E48 - E32
I have been experiencing Error message, accompanied by total black out, loss of signal, freezing pictures for the past 6 months. The problem often starts arround 9 pm until mid night. I have engaged a multichoice accredited technician. I called him many many times to inform him that the problem was not fixed. He never bothered to come back or assist me on what to do. I have called multichoice many many times. No help. the error does not appear on fix errors. Virtually everything on the internet applies to South Africa. There is very limited information on Multichoice Botswana. I am paying to paying to watch the worst TV. I am absolutely annoyed. Can anyone assist please !!
Check on your channel transmission because we are paying for channels... Then when we switch them on they display a message which says connection is lost and if it persist we call you guys.. I called, spoke to omogolo she was just relaxed and couldn't care less. The channels are here today gone tomorrow and then a number of other different channels go missing it's a circle. This can go on for a day or two..then they come back.... Imagine the money we pay for is going to absolute waste! Not happy with your services at all.
