Poor service
I have waited for almost an hour just to collect a cheque.. I came in the morning nd I have been told that the person who issue cheques is still in a meeting.. The guard promised to get back to me but he didn't.. I kept on checking him and he was not helping.. How can I wait for an hour just to collect a cheque?

the service is immaculate though slow.improve in assisting people in less time,normally you spend an hour with a client just getting cash from him or her which is a thing to be done in 10mins.if the internet is slow consult with your internet service provider to make your service more efficient.thank you continue with kind hospitality that you bring about to your customers
