TJ Motlogelwa team, i think you need to up your game, the attitude is so so unbecoming, this is business, people may choose not to use your bus.AND mind you you are taking the picture of Botswana to other countries, is that how you want to be identified..i don't think so.

departed late from johannesburg. if the bus is supposed to leave at 8am it should leave at 8am. most of the seats in the bus are broken, so you the person sitting in front of you ends up lying on your lap...communicate. inform people who need to fill in forms etc. what to expect at the border. and something needs to be done about the toilet.

I'm trying to catch the 3 pm bus from Francistown to Phikwe and your bus conductor was very rude to me. First, she wouldn't put my bag away and then when I went inside the bus with my bag she screamed at me and told me to get out with my bag. She also said it wasn't time to load the bus yet it was 2 50 pm. I left your bus and caught JNG to Gaborone and their service and attitude was excellent. I'll never catch any of your buses.

There is just no information on the internet on 1. How to book 2. What time the bus leaves.3. No costing 4. When you eventually get a phone number which you seem only to get from Botswana the sales representative sadly cannot communicate on the phone and answer simlple questions. So sad
