Property Management is crucial in maintaining property values; to be distinct we have a maintenance department that puts every property we manage in shape. Terezim Fortress Properties carefully plans out operating budgets, capital improvement budgets as well as sales and marketing plans. A critical component to property operation’s strategy is to monitor the properties yields and to get a handle on expenses to insure maximum returns for our clients. With our experience and reputation we have the ability to get outstanding pricing and service from vendors such as insurance underwriters, and construction sub-contractors. Our hands on approach to managing our maintenance staff and accountability to our owners create greater financial results. It is our attention to detail that puts us apart from our competition.
Our management fees depend on the size of the asset to be managed. Typically we charge our clients less than most real estate companies. All our contracts have a ninety (90) day cancellation clause to offer our clients a comfort level so not to feel restricted.
